Backend (RoR) Software Engineer
What you will be doing
About the opportunity:
Our customer is an online personal styling service that combines the convenience of e-commerce with the expertise of professional stylists. The company includes AI-driven recommendations and data analysis in multiple operations branches to enhance the personalized styling experience for its customers.
What you will be doing:
- Implement simple, high-performance, secure, and fail-safe algorithms.
- Use technologies and tools according to the project requirements.
- Improve the performance, security, and stability of your project.
- Propose computational improvements in the projects are part.
- Estimate and provide timely follow-up to assigned tasks or projects.
- Be a technological reference within the projects and in the work team.
- Seek continuous improvement in all assigned tasks, procedures, and responsibilities.
- Be part of multiple meetings with stakeholders and technical parties.
- Review Feedback and PRs.
- This position requires maintaining an "on-call" status for one week per month. This commitment will be met through remuneration through extra working hours.
