Business Intelligence Analyst
What you will be doing
* This is a high-visibility role on the Data + Analytics team and will be involved in impactful projects from day 1. The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Analytics.
* Support data + analytics needs for partners across multiple orgs (Merch, Marketing, Client Experience & Support, etc.)
* Design, develop, and deliver reporting to partners and build self-service capabilities on their behalf
* Partner with Product Data Scientists to craft the right solution—balancing immediate vs. long-term needs against effort and impact
* Develop strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Finance, Data Science, Merchandising, Operations, and across the company
* Guide partner roadmap plans and investments through opportunity sizing and decision support
* Define and monitor metrics that measure business impact and customer experience performance
* Be part of a collaborative, high-visibility team across the organization
