Drupal Technical Lead Manager
What you will be doing
* Lead the technical strategy and evolution of web platforms, primarily Drupal-based
* Provide hands-on technical leadership, including code reviews, architecture guidance, and problem-solving
* Define and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance web architectures
* Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end engineers
* Establish and enforce development standards, workflows, and best practices
* Oversee sprint planning, estimation, execution, testing, and deployments
* Collaborate with UX, design, product, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
* Drive experimentation, personalization, and optimization initiatives
* Improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and development workflows
* Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG), SEO, performance, and security standards
* Monitor and optimize site performance using modern observability tools
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
