Senior FullStack JavaScript Engineer

What you will be doing


- Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, following modern design and development standards.
- Lead technical decision-making and enforce best practices in code structure, performance, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain reusable, performant, and accessible UI components using Chakra UI, Tailwind, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful or equivalent) and Stripe for dynamic content and secure payment processing.
- Implement robust data integrations using GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
- Leverage Cloudflare for edge rendering, CDN caching, and performance optimization.
- Enhance search capabilities through AWS OpenSearch and implement advanced SEO strategies and Core Web Vitals optimizations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive a culture of technical excellence and collaboration

What we're looking for


  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development.
  • Expert proficiency with React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
  • Deep experience with state management libraries such as Jotai, Zustand, or Recoil.
  • Proven ability to architect and optimize large-scale web applications for SEO, performance, and accessibility.
  • Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, OpenSearch, S3) and Cloudflare Workers or equivalent CDN-edge technologies.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments using Docker.
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer) to improve productivity, code quality, and peer review efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster high-performing teams.
  • Experience implementing and scaling design systems with Chakra UI or Tailwind CSS. (Nice to have)
  • Knowledge of web performance analysis tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). (Nice to have)
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform) and modern observability stacks (Sentry, Datadog). (Nice to have)
  • Prior experience in high-traffic consumer web platforms or e-commerce environments. (Nice to have)
