Senior/Lead Full-Stack Engineer (.Net / Blazor / React)

What you will be doing


Application Development
• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, and Blazor.
• Build reusable UI components, shared front-end services, and design-system patterns that can be adopted across customer-facing and associate-facing applications.
• Create responsive experiences for standard desktop, tablet, and mobile form factors.
• Develop data-intensive interfaces such as order dashboards, inventory search, invoice views, credit dashboards, reporting views, administration screens, and workflow queues.
• Translate functional requirements, user stories, UX designs, and API contracts into maintainable production-quality solutions.

User Experience and Accessibility
• Deliver intuitive experiences for customers, administrators, account managers, operations, support, finance, pricing, product, and IT users.
• Apply accessibility standards and support WCAG-aligned implementation and testing practices.
• Optimize navigation, search, filtering, tables, forms, dashboards, and status-driven workflows for usability and clarity.
• Improve front-end performance, responsiveness, browser compatibility, and perceived load time.
• Collaborate with UX and Product partners to simplify complex multi-OpCo workflows.

Integration and Data Experiences
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, OpenAPI-defined services, GraphQL endpoints, and enterprise back-end platforms.
• Present information from ERP, customer master, product, pricing, inventory, order, invoice, credit, shipment, payment, and reporting sources.
• Implement search, sorting, filtering, pagination, export, saved views, alerts, notifications, and role-based dashboards.
• Build clear loading, error, empty-state, retry, and exception-handling experiences for distributed integrations.
• Create accessible data visualizations and operational KPI views where required.

Security and Identity
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C where applicable, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and PKCE.
• Enforce role-based access patterns by customer, account, OpCo, function, and data type in coordination with back-end authorization services.
• Follow secure coding practices and protect customer-facing data, exports, and administrative functions.
• Support auditable user experiences for critical actions such as user administration, pricing, credit, order changes, and workflow updates.

Engineering Excellence and Delivery
• Champion code quality, peer review, automated testing, accessibility, observability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to front-end standards, reference implementations, coding conventions, and reusable frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and provide practical technical guidance across the delivery team.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps engineers to integrate automated checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use production telemetry and user feedback to troubleshoot issues and improve the experience.
