Senior UX/UI Designer
What you will be doing
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including visual, UX research, motion, 3D, editors, copywriters, developers, and brand creatives to create beautiful, emotional products that audiences love and crave to engage with. Your goal will be to design experiences and interfaces that solve client problems in unexpected, thoughtful ways by balancing usability with craft. If you can move fluidly between user flows, wireframes, and polished, pixel-perfect interfaces, we'd like to meet you.
With your expertise, you will:
• Brainstorm and concept independently and within a greater team to create compelling, user-centered experiences.
• Explore a wide range of creative and interaction possibilities and ideas.
• Translate client briefs and user needs into intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design frictionless interfaces that solve the project brief, user wants and needs, and aligning to business objectives.
• Develop and refine UX/UI across multiple platforms and devices — web, mobile, product, and experiential.
• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns for consistency across all touchpoints.
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, producers, strategists, and developers to deliver cohesive, production-ready output.
• Communicate your ideas clearly with the creative director and broader team.
• Constructively critique other designers' work.
• Participate in client presentations and articulate design rationale confidently.
• Ensure final deliverables are developer-ready and meet accessibility and quality standards.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
