Technical Talent Recruiter

What you will be doing


The Technical Talent Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent in software development and related technologies, ensuring alignment with AKUREY’s organizational culture and strategic objectives

- Conduct active searches (headhunting) for technical profiles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Odoo.
- Publish job openings on specialized recruitment platforms, job fairs, and social media.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to tech talent.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural criteria.
- Coordinate interviews with managers, technical teams, and HR.
- Manage assessments, including code challenges and soft skills evaluations.
- Oversee the onboarding process: documentation, induction, team integration, and initial follow-up.
- Ensure a positive experience for all new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rate, retention) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate recruitment and hiring reports for management and technical leaders.
- Support HR initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, and professional development.
