Business Intelligence Analyst

What you will be doing


- Design, develop, & deliver reporting to partners and build self-service capabilities on their behalf
- Partner with business to help craft the right solution – balancing immediate/long-term needs against effort & impact
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in People & Culture
- Guide partner roadmap plans & investments through opportunity sizing & decision support
- Be part of a collaborative team that has high visibility across the organization

Lo que buscamos


  • This person must reside in LATAM.
  • English level C1.
  • 3-5+ years in analytics role.
  • Strong experience partnering with product managers and/or business stakeholders for decision making using data + analytics.
  • Exceptional Analytics skills in SQL or Python (advanced Excel considered).
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker) and associated dashboard and visualization best practices.
  • Able to build, maintain and optimize data pipelines using best practices.
  • Communication skills that help simplify complex problems for cross-functional business partners.
  • Prioritization skills with business impact in mind and ability to be pragmatic where appropriate.
  • Have intellectual curiosity and are an experienced learner and are skilled in asking questions; previous domain expertise is not expected but building an expertise will be required.
  • Passionate about technology and relish the opportunity to learn and apply new technical concepts to your work.
  • Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
  • Degree in a business or quantitative fi eld (e.g., business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science). (Nice-to-have)
  • Experience working with GitHub for version control, collaboration, and tracking code changes effectively. (Nice-to-have)
