Business/Process Analyst
What you will be doing
- Analyze, define, and document business and manufacturing processes related to MES solutions.
- Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Support the design, testing, validation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System enhancements and integrations.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing, and contribute to system validation activities.
- Create clear documentation, user guides, and training materials to support system adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and quality compliance.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve system-related issues and optimize performance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
