Operational Software Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain internal software solutions that support and optimize AKUREY’s operations.
- Develop and enhance functionalities within the Odoo ERP.
- Understand and apply business rules to ensure all software solutions align with operational and strategic needs.
- Lead and contribute to design and improvement projects for implementation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs to ensure reliability, performance, and system stability.
- Document developed solutions clearly and maintain proper version control and Pull Request procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
- Apply best programming practices and maintain high standards of code quality, readability, and performance.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment, ensuring progress and accountability across tasks.
- Provide accurate updates on work status, communicate proactively, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and personal technical skills.
