Senior Quality Engineer
What you will be doing
1. Manual Testing:
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop detailed test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Conduct UI, usability, and compatibility testing across different browsers and devices.
• Working knowledge with qTest for test management
2. Automated Testing:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Implement and optimize automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven Testing).
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
• Monitor test execution results and generate detailed reports.
3. Performance & API Testing (Optional but Preferred):
• Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
• Perform load and performance testing using JMeter.
4. Collaboration & Process Improvement:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality at every stage of development.
• Provide feedback on usability, performance, and potential improvements.
• Contribute to test documentation and best practices.
