AI Features & Quality Engineer

What you will be doing

We're looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI architectures. You’ll be part of a team pushing the boundaries of AI by building intelligent, agentic systems that interact, reason, and perform tasks using cutting-edge tools.
This person will be part of a dynamic team building a first-of-its-kind AI-powered “co-intelligence” for industrial manufacturing, combining data analytics, generative AI, and interactive guidance to help reduce wasted energy and carbon footprint from large manufacturers. These contributions will help reduce energy waste and carbon footprint.

Role responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intelligent agents powered by frontier LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
- Research, prototype, and productionize conversational and reasoning-based AI systems with real-world use cases.
- Build and maintain pipelines for LLM fine-tuning prompt engineering, evaluation, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of full-stack AI-powered applications — from backend logic to user-facing experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and share insights and best practices with the team.
- Write clean, well-tested, scalable code and contribute to code reviews.
